Their bracelet
never gets old.

Every two years you're with us, we replace their Nura with fresh hardware. No charge, no catch, no need to ask twice.

The navy Nura bracelet, side view

You're not buying
a bracelet.

You're subscribing to something that watches over someone you love — and for as long as you're paying for that, the hardware doing the work should be hardware we'd be proud to ship today.

Wearable technology doesn't sit still. Sensors get more accurate, batteries get better, and some of that progress reaches every Nura as software — but some of it needs new hardware. We didn't want to build a product where the families who joined earliest end up with the least.

Stay with us, and every two years it's new again. No upsell, no trade-in credit, no loyalty tier. New hardware, because you're still here.

How the upgrade
works.

1Two years in
Continuous subscription
Monthly or annual, it doesn't matter, and switching between them doesn't reset anything. Twenty-four consecutive months of paid subscription earns an upgrade.
2No surprises
We let you know
You'll get an email when you're eligible. Nothing ships automatically — you choose whether and when to claim, and you have six months to decide.
3Your choice
Pick your finish
Any finish we're making at the time. Plenty of people use the upgrade to change colour, which is a perfectly good reason to take it.
4Fresh hardware
New bracelet, new dock
Fresh hardware with a full battery, a new charging dock, and a new warranty period. Free shipping in the US.
5Full circle
Send the old one back
A prepaid label comes in the box. Return the previous bracelet within 30 days and we'll refurbish it or recycle it responsibly. Anything on it is wiped the day it arrives.
6And again
The clock starts again
Two more years, another upgrade. For as long as you're with us.

What if there's
a new model?

Then that's what you get, at your plan's tier.

We're not going to promise a new model every two years, because hardware doesn't work on a schedule anyone can guarantee. What we promise is new hardware every two years. If there's a newer Nura when you claim, it's yours. If there isn't, you get a new unit of the current one — with a battery that's actually new, which was the point.

You can also wait. If you'd rather hold out for the next generation, defer your claim and take it when it lands.

The honest
small print.

Not buried, because it shouldn't be.

It's not insurance
If a bracelet is lost, stolen, or damaged, that's handled under the warranty and replacement policy — separately, and without affecting your upgrade eligibility.
A lapse resets the clock
If a subscription is cancelled or lapses for non-payment, accrued months reset. Restarting begins a new 24-month period.
Free periods don't count
Free and promotional periods don't count toward the 24 months.
One per bracelet
Not per household. If you're watching over two people on two subscriptions, each earns its own upgrade.
The old bracelet comes back
We ask this for a reason beyond recycling: a retired bracelet still on someone's wrist isn't connected to anything, and nobody should be wearing a bracelet they think is watching over them when it isn't.
We can change the program
But only going forward. If you've already earned an upgrade, or you're partway through a two-year period, we honour it under the terms that applied when your period started. At least 30 days' notice before anything changes.
